How should I imagen a Fantasy & Sci-fi Book Club Meetup?
It’s nothing scary really! We meet at Blanka & Zsolt apartman (super close to the station). We chat a little bit, then we settle down and we discuss the recent book. You always recommended to finish the book project before the meetup – so you can avoid spoilers!
During the Meetup we sip tea/cider/water/juice, munch some snack. After the discussion we leave some time to just linger and chat, then everyone goes on their way!
What should I bring with me for the Meetups?
Blanka & Zsolt prepares with snacks and others. If you would like to bring along some snack or drink with you, we will be happy to have them, but it’s not an obligation at all! (And this is true, we are not just being polite)
How do we decide, which should we read next?
It’s pretty easy, and quite democratic, if you ask me! After the Meetup everyone can make suggestions in the Whatsapp Group Chat for the next project. Our only condition: it must be a sci-fi, or a fantasy!
After this, Blanka collects them for a vote. Then we vote for the next meetup time (but the length of the book also effects the meetup time). Easy-peasy!
